Terms:
Rates include VAT at 20%.
Single occupancy: £20 reduction on double occupancy rate.
Children: A £30 per night charge will be made for children under 14 years on an extra bed and £10 charge per night for children in a cot sharing a room subject to room availability. Our luxurious boutique hotel, Vine House, is a quiet retreat and for adults only.
Dogs: Well behaved dogs are allowed in some rooms at The Hoste Arms and in all rooms at Railway House and are charged at £15 per stay.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation without 72 hours prior notice or on non-arrival, full charges will apply. For group bookings of four rooms or more, the full amount will be chargeable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival. If the room is resold there will be no charge.
