Using the form on the left, you are able to find out about the availability and tariffs applicable to the date(s) you would like to stay at The Hoste as well as securing a reservation. We don’t take a deposit but take a credit card number to secure the booking. If you would like to request to stay in a specific room, then please insert your room preference into the Notes/Special Requirements section of the booking form, although this is subject to availability.

Group Reservations (four or more rooms)

For all enquiries regarding group bookings please contact reservations on telephone 01328 738777.

Cancellations Policy

In the event of cancellation without 72 hours prior notice or on non-arrival, full charges will apply. For group bookings of four rooms or more, the full amount will be chargeable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival. If the room is resold there will be no charge.
