The experienced team of chefs have a dedication to style and quality which is applied to every element of the dining experience.
Menus are changed frequently according to seasonal availability, taking advantage of the fantastic local Norfolk produce on offer such as Brancaster Oyster’s, Seared Norfolk Venison and Sharrington Strawberries.
Panelled Dining Room
Situated at the front of the hotel adjacent to the historic bar, the traditional wood panelled dining room restaurant dates back to the 17th-century and can seat up to 50 dinners.
The restaurant is very popular in the cooler months with its cosy nooks and twinkling candle light, it also includes the bay window seats with views over the village green which remain among the more popular tables in the hotel.
Decorated in blues, greens and greys to reflect its garden location, proximity to the coast and Norfolk’s dramatic open skies, the Garden Room provides a unique and flexible space for private functions, parties and conferences, as well as day-to-day restaurant service for up to 120 people.
Incorporated into the Garden Room is a state-of-the-art bar and dedicated cellar, providing efficient bar service to the restaurants and garden.
Both restaurants are served by an expanded kitchen which has been fitted with the latest equipment, including a Sous-Vide molecular cooking system. An open pass provides added interest for diners, and ensures speed of service directly from kitchen to restaurant.
