Situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Burnham Market, one of England’s prettiest villages, The Hoste Luxury Boutique hotels and Spa has launched ‘The Burnham Market Brasserie’. Under the leadership of Head Chef, Julian Falconer, the brasserie and its menu will appeal to an array of palettes and provides new imaginative dishes using only the best local seasonal produce.
Stylish and contemporary, the menu has something for everyone, served all day throughout the hotel and perfect for al fresco dining. With an emphasis on great flavours, the menu offers mouth-watering fish dishes, succulent meats from the griddle, fresh salads and a selection of long-standing Hoste Classics dishes. The overall aim with The Burnham Market Brasserie is to entice diners with a selection of contemporary, exciting dishes highlighting the best of modern British cuisine. Designed to complement the Restaurant Menu served in the historic panelled dining room.
Owner of The Hoste, Brendan Hopkins comments, “we are very excited to be launching ‘The Burnham Market Brassiere’. By establishing the brasserie as a venue in its own right, we intend to provide a unique dining experience showcasing local seasonal produce at its best and also a vibrant, high end restaurant on the North Norfolk coast”.
Head Chef, Julian Falconer commented, “We are so fortunate to have such fabulous Norfolk produce right on our doorstep, and it is a pleasure to work with local suppliers and producers. We change our menus every 4-6 weeks so we can make use of the incredible seasonal produce we have here in Norfolk. It is always a fun challenge to take classic dishes and ingredients and give them a twist; we hope guests will enjoy the new dishes”.
